Sales team management for telecallers, without a daily sheet
Managing a few telecallers is mostly four questions. Who has which leads? Did they call? What did the calls bring? What happens when one of them leaves? CRM Bundals answers each from the work itself, so nobody fills a report at six in the evening.
Four questions, four screens
Who has which leads.
- New leads are shared between callers in turn, or you hand them out yourself.
- A caller sees only their own leads. A manager sees every lead.
- Tick a set of leads and give them to another caller in one go.
Who can open what.
- Three roles: owner, manager and caller.
- Tick the apps each login opens. Team, Settings and Reports are never given to a caller.
- Hide full phone numbers from callers if you want to.
Who is calling.
- Calls, connected calls, talk time, won leads and fees for each caller.
- First call and last call of the day, and late follow-ups.
- Marks out of 5 that a manager gives to single calls.
Inside which limits.
- Calling hours and a daily call limit for each caller. Outside them the Call button is locked.
- What to say at each stage, shown before the call.
- Targets for calls a week, won leads a month and fees a month, with an incentive for each won lead if you use one.
The day a caller leaves
The part most small teams find out about too late.
Switch off the login in Team. The person is logged out at once, on the portal and on the phone app. Their leads and their open follow-ups move to whoever switched the login off, so nothing is lost and nothing waits.
Before that day, two things are already true. Callers cannot download or import leads. That is for the owner and managers, and it is always on. And every change in the team is written to a change log that nobody can edit or delete, the owner included.
Said plainly
- Shares leads in turn and lets a manager move them.
- Gives each login only the apps you tick.
- Shows each caller’s calls, talk time, results and late follow-ups.
- Locks calling outside your hours and past your daily limit.
- Moves a leaver’s leads and follow-ups to you in one step.
- It is not attendance or payroll software. There is no punch-in and no salary.
- It does not track where a caller is, and it does not watch their screen.
- It does not record calls or listen in.
- It does not set a different target for each caller. Targets are the same for every caller.
- It has no chat between team members.
Asked about managing callers
Can I have a team leader who sees everything but cannot change settings?
Yes. That is the manager role. A manager opens every app except Settings.
Can callers see each other’s numbers?
Callers see their own leads only. On the phone app the Me tab shows their own calls, talk time and progress, and their rank for the week.
How do I check call quality without the audio?
Call tracking shows the length and outcome of every call. A manager can sit beside a caller, then give the call marks out of 5 with a note.
