What is tracked, exactly
Four facts from the phone and three from the caller.
The phone gives the facts.
- Start time, talk time and direction come from the Android call log, with the caller’s permission.
- The caller cannot type or change them.
- Only calls with the caller’s own lead numbers are read. Personal calls are dropped on the phone.
The caller gives the meaning.
- What happened: connected, no answer, busy, switched off, call later, wrong number.
- The stage the lead is in now, and when to call next.
- A call the phone shows as not picked up cannot be saved as Connected.
The owner gets the list.
- Every call with its lead, time, caller, length and outcome.
- Each call says Read from phone or Typed in, so you know which ones to trust.
- Filter by day, caller or outcome, or show only calls longer than a minute. Download the report.
And the totals.
- Calls, connected calls and talk time for each caller.
- First call and last call of the day.
- How long new leads waited for their first call.
What this call tracking is not
- The time and the length of each call, read from the phone’s call log.
- Who called, which lead, and the outcome the caller picked.
- A mark of Read from phone or Typed in on every call.
- Marks out of 5 from a manager, with a note.
- A daily list and a leaderboard that download for Excel.
- No call recording. CRM Bundals does not record calls and keeps no audio.
- No cloud number and no tracking number. Calls go out from the caller’s own SIM.
- No tracking of personal calls. Numbers that are not the caller’s leads never leave the phone.
- No call log from an iPhone. Apple does not let any app read it. The caller app is for Android.
- No listening in, and no auto-dialler.
If you need the audio of every call kept for you, this is the wrong product and it is better to know that now. If your question is whether the calls were made, and what came of them, the call log answers it. The Android app is not on the Play Store yet. It opens together with accounts, very soon.

Can a caller fake a call?
Not from the phone app. The time and the length come from the call log. A call typed in on the portal is allowed, and it is marked Typed in.
Do my callers have to do anything extra?
They allow the call log once. After each call they pick what happened, the stage and the next follow-up.
Are incoming calls tracked?
Calls with a lead’s number are read with their direction, so an incoming call from a lead is in the list. A missed call from a lead becomes a call-back follow-up.
Does it track where my callers are?
No. It reads calls with lead numbers. It does not read location, messages or other apps.
