Straight answers

Does it record calls?

No. Android does not let any app record a call, and CRM Bundals does not record. You still get every call, its time, its length and its outcome, read from the caller’s phone and not typed in.

Do we need new numbers or a dialer?

No. Your callers keep calling from their own SIMs through the CRM Bundals app. Calling is limited to 9 am to 9 pm, and you can cap calls per number so a SIM is not put at risk.

What does WhatsApp cost?

Nothing from us. A saved message opens in the caller’s own WhatsApp with the text filled in, and the caller presses send. A shared inbox on your own business number is not ready yet.

Do leads from Facebook, IndiaMART or property portals come in on their own?

Not yet. Today leads come in from an Excel or CSV file, from your website form, or from any tool that can send a webhook. For Facebook, IndiaMART, 99acres, MagicBricks and JustDial, download the leads there and import the file. Numbers you already have are skipped.

What happens when a caller quits?

Switch off the login. They are logged out at once, on the portal and on the phone app, and their leads move to you. Callers cannot download your lead list.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Prices are coming soon. Unlimited usage, no per user charge, no per client charge, no setup fee.
