Facebook and IndiaMART lead import, the honest way
Leads from Facebook lead ads, IndiaMART and the property portals do not flow into CRM Bundals on their own. You download them there and import the file here. It takes a minute, repeats are skipped, and every lead keeps where it came from.
Download there, import here
1. Download the file.
- From Facebook or Instagram lead ads, download your leads as a file.
- From IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing, take the enquiries out as a sheet.
- All the import needs is a name and a phone number in each row.
CRM Bundals is not connected to any of these. A source name is a label on the lead, not a connection.
2. Import it, with its source.
- In the Leads app press Import from Excel and pick the .xlsx or .csv file.
- Set Source for these leads to Facebook lead ad, IndiaMART or whichever it was.
- Give the leads to your callers in turn, to one caller, or to nobody yet.
3. Call them the same day.
- Each caller finds the new leads under Fresh.
- With the first-call rule on, a follow-up is made a set number of minutes after the lead is given.
- Reports shows how long new leads waited for their first call.
What is connected today
Importing the same file twice is safe. A phone number can be a lead only once, so the second import adds only the new rows and tells you how many were already there. Many teams download the whole sheet every evening and import it as it is.
Said plainly
- Imports .xlsx and .csv files with a name and a phone in each row.
- Matches the headings Name, Phone or Mobile, City and Source by itself.
- Skips numbers you already have and reports each one.
- Keeps the source on every lead, and counts leads, called and won for each source.
- Shares imported leads between callers in turn.
- No live connection to Facebook, Instagram, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing.
- It does not read enquiry emails from portals.
- It does not log in to your ad account or your seller account.
- It does not run or manage ads.
- It does not buy or supply leads. You bring your own.
If leads must land in the CRM the second they are filled in, with nothing in between, this is not that product today. If a download and an import a few times a day is fine, the import lesson shows every step.
Asked about lead import
How often should we import?
As often as you download. Some teams do it morning and evening, some every hour during a campaign. Repeats are skipped each time.
The file has columns we do not need. Is that a problem?
No. Columns the import does not know are ignored. It reads the name, the phone, the city, the source and what the lead asked about.
Can leads from two sources be the same person?
If the phone number is the same, it is one lead. The second file’s row is skipped and reported as already there.
Will these sources be connected later?
We do not promise dates. Today the honest answer is download and import.
