CRM Bundals is a calling CRM, made in India
CRM Bundals is software for teams of 2 to 50 callers who ring leads from their own phones and SIMs. It sees that every lead is called and every call ends with a next step, and it puts each call, follow-up and payment in front of the owner.
What it is
It has two parts. The portal is where the owner and the managers work: 15 small apps behind one login, from Leads and Calls to Payments and Reports. The caller app runs on the caller’s own Android phone. It shows who to call, starts the call in the phone’s own dialer, and reads the time and length from the call log afterwards.
It starts in your trade’s words. Seven starter packs set the stages, lead sources, lost reasons, visit kinds and call scripts for coaching, real estate, manufacturers and traders, clinics, insurance and loans, logistics and courier, and call centres.
It does one job. Calling and follow-up, and the visits, messages and payments that hang on those calls. The apps page shows each screen, and how a call works walks through one call from start to end.
What it is, and is not
- A list of leads, each with one owner, a stage and a next follow-up.
- A caller app that starts calls from the caller’s own SIM and reads the call log.
- Follow-ups, visits, saved WhatsApp messages, receipts and collections around those calls.
- Reports on who called, for how long, and what came of it.
- English, Hindi and Gujarati on the caller’s screen.
- Not a dialler. No auto-dialling, no bulk calling, no cloud number.
- Not a call recorder. We are not in the call.
- Not a WhatsApp sender. A saved message opens in the caller’s own WhatsApp.
- Not connected to Facebook, IndiaMART or property portals. Leads from there are downloaded and imported.
- Not billing, GST, stock or accounts software. Pay links are not connected.
Who makes it

Where it stands today: the portal is built and is being put on its server in India. Accounts open very soon. The Android caller app is not on the Play Store yet. It opens together with accounts.
